Choosing The Right Vitamin C

I realize that the coronavirus is really causing a lot of panic. Grocery stores are selling out of products, people are wearing face masks whenever in public, and people are being quarantined.

But, as I tell my patients and family, it doesn't have to be scary. You can boost your immunity with the right supplements and prepare your body just in case you do come in contact with the virus. Sometimes, we don't see the real news, so many people do come in contact with the virus and recover fully.

As you have read in my previous post, there has been lots of studies around vitamin C, and its effectiveness in protecting our body against coronavirus and other illness year around. Did you know that insufficient vitamin C intake is a worldwide issue ? But, it can be solved by implementing proper nutrition daily, and supplements when needed.

When you are searching for a vitamin C supplement you want to make sure it does not have sugar, and that it is a good, organic source of vitamin C, because if it doesn't meet these 2 requirements then it really isn't going to help much. Some vitamin C supplements aren't even made from real food.

So, my search these past few months for the best source of vitamin C, led me to discover Immuno-C by Truvani.

You might ask why Truvani ? Truvani uses a potent source of vitamin C : The Amla Berry. Amla berry is an ancient indian fruit with 20X the amount of Vitamin C as found in oranges. The Amla berries are USDA organic and contains a rich vitamin C complex.

This is the perfect time to educate yourself in choosing the right supplements and spending your money on the right products. For a limited time Truvani has 25% off all their immunity products and you can use my link to check their products and purchase. https://www.trytruvani.com/cmp/6QQSM1/27W1G/

Also at the image below, I have the comparison of a non-organic regular vitamin C (top) brand , compared to Truvani Immuno- C (bottom). So you can see the ingredients yourself, and make an educated decision which one is more beneficial to the body.

Again with any over the counter products, please consult your doctor/pharmacist . My page is for educational/informational purposes. Nothing should be constructed as medical Advise.
