With the holidays upon us and moving towards the end of year, I know some might feel stressed out and anxious. Having a vitamin B deficiency can cause symptoms of anxiety and stress. One of my favorite vitamins to recommend this time of year is B-Complex. It is always a good idea to take a good B-Complex alongside individual B vitamins since they work synergistically. For example Vitamin B5 supports the adrenal glands, which reduces stress and anxiety levels.
